Ashford Borough Council to Memorial Gardens, meet at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford TN23 1PL

A guided walk by our Artist Manager around a section of the Snowdogs trail.  Hear about the featured artists and meet some of them along the way. They’ll be telling us about their inspiration and painting process, with opportunities for photos with their Snowdogs.

Make a Super-Strength Drawstring Bag

Come and gets your paws on our giant banner!  Working together we will create a banner full of paw prints that celebrate life, things that inspire you in everyday life, things you love about Ashford, messages they you to share with your community or people you care about.

Create a Snowdog Fantasy World

The Snowman and the Snowdog visit a fantasy world where snowmen live. If you had a Snowdog where would you go? Work with our artist to create the miniature world of your dreams inhabited by you and your Snowdog.

Treasure your favourite memories with a special origami box to keep them in.  Learn to fold your box, decorate it and remember all those treasured moments to write down, draw and put inside.

Loss WeekEverything Changes Snowdog Sculptures

Near the Hubert Fountain, Victoria Park, Jemmett Rd, Ashford TN23 4QA

Create something beautiful and let it go.  Using natural materials gathered around Victoria Park, work with friends to create personalised Snowdogs. This artwork won’t last forever and can’t be taken home, so photograph it, post it with #findyoursnowdog, and say a fond farewell.

Reflection Week
Snowdog Secret Stones

Saturday 17 November,
11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm

The Snowdogs Kennel, Unit 113 County Square Shopping Centre, Ashford

Join the Secret Stones craze and create a mini trail to live on after our Snowdogs leave.  Inspired by your favourite Snowdog on the trail, create a Snowdog outline on your stone and fill it with your own design. When it’s done, hide your stone near your favourite Snowdog, and post a photo to the Ashford Snowdogs Facebook group.  If you find one, photograph it, post it and re-hide it!
